Elmer at Plymouth College of Art
Emma with Elmer visited PCA to present the project to the students, where every artist can supply their design for Elmer. All the submissions will be accepted over the summer time, so students can have their summer project and come with some brilliant ideas. If anyone will be chosen, they have a chance to put their design on the actual Elmer.
